According to the announcement of MÁV, the number of crashes in trains decreases:
- while in 2016 they were 45 thousand,
- In 2017, 36 thousand,
- At the end of October, only 27,000 passengers without tickets arrived at the guides.
The fine for the first ten months of the year amounted to almost 280 million forint. According to the report
most of them were in the segment of the Budapest-Miskolc line, with a total of almost 900 passengers on the line.
This is followed by the Budapest-Szolnok route with 650 bicycles. The rail company's communication to MTI concludes that the hanging is "particularly characteristic of the suburban lines of Budapest, so the most frequent controls are made on trains and station platforms.
By the end of the year, there will be an additional control of tickets on trains and suburban stations in Budapest for another thirteen times. "
