A high school track star has responded to the $ 10,000 challenge of a notable NFL receiver.
Ted Ginn, a former Ohio State star who had a long career in the NFL, still believes he is the fastest player in the league and is putting his money on the line to prove it.
The wide receiver says he will compete with anyone for $ 10,000.
