Hershey’s Debuts Its First ‘New’ Candy Bar In A Generation: Gothamist

One hundred and seventeen years after it created what is probably the world’s most iconic (if primary) sweet bar, Hershey’s has…tailored. The sweet firm has introduced a brand new sweet bar to its lineup, a gilded deal with known as “Hershey’s Gold.” Somewhere deep inside the White House, Trump feels a tingling in his loins.

The firm describes the brand new bar as a “caramelized crème bar…with crushed peanuts and pretzels to give you a very fine crunch, indeed.” Hershey’s market researchers apparently famous the “rising popularity of crunchy multi-textured candy.”

For these retaining monitor, that is the corporate’s first “new” sweet bar in over twenty years, when in 1995 it debuted the Cookies ‘n Creme bar (nonetheless probably the most loathsome of the Hershey bars, although I have never but tried this new one). Apparently, it solely counts as “new” if the bottom is new, i.e. not comprised of milk, “special dark” creme (ugh) or, now, caramel. Sorry Krackel, you had been simply not revolutionary sufficient for this world.

The most superior of all Hershey bar creations is, after all, Hershey’s Milk Chocolate with Almonds. I’ll hear no arguments on the topic. Good day to you.
