HEB adjusts store hours on Sunday, Monday due to winter weather in San Antonio, surrounding areas

SAN ANTONIO – With winter rainfall forecast for late Sunday and early Monday and temperatures expected to remain below freezing through Tuesday afternoon, HEB has adjusted store hours throughout the state of Texas.

HEB San Antonio and Hill Country stores will be open Sundays from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Mondays from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

HEB officials said customers can see limited time slots available for curbside and home delivery orders and said the store’s hours could be adjusted based on local conditions.

Some customers reported long lines at checkouts and on the sidewalk in some San Antonio stores on Saturday.

“The stores have been busy, but our store teams are equipped and ready to serve our customers,” a HEB spokesperson told KSAT.
