Passengers flying within Maui or Kauai from Hawaii can bypass the mandatory 14-day quarantine if they do not take a nuclear acid amplification test from a certified CLIA laboratory before 72 hours authorized by the FDA and negative results before departure Receive.
According to the news received from the Governor’s Office, passengers on the journey of air travelers must register and upload their coronovirus examination result in a safe travel air account.
Those who do not take a pre-travel test or who do not take a reliable test or a negative test from a travel partner will be subject to 14-day inter-county quarantine, or they may seek an exemption from the county for travel.
Maui Mayor Michael Victorino announced on Friday that residents of Maui would be leaving the same day or overnight on another island for medical purposes, exempted from the need for testing with appropriate documentation.
