Gollum’s Trailer Sneaks Through Middle-earth – / Movie

You know the story of The Lord of the rings. What you don’t know is the full story of the hobbit formerly known as Sméagol, who went crazy for the One Ring and now fights within himself thanks to Gollum’s malicious personality. Video game creators Daedalic Entertainment will delve into the creature’s full story at The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, and a new trailer gives us a glimpse of stealth gameplay that will have you silently sneaking through Middle-earth.

Lord of the Rings: Gollum Trailer

Athletic and agile, crafty and cunning. Driven by the desire to get back what he lost, Gollum is one of the most fascinating characters in the world of The Lord of the Rings.

He has seen things that others cannot imagine, he has survived things that others would not dare to mention. Torn apart by his split personality, he can be vicious and villainous like Gollum, but social and cautious like Sméagol.

While vital to JRR Tolkien’s story, many parts of Gollum’s quest have yet to be told in detail. In The Lord of the Rings: Gollum you can experience this story. From his time as a slave under the Dark Tower to his stay with the Elves of Mirkwood.

As you can see in the trailer above, it will move Gollum through a variety of fantasy environments using stealth, agility, and cunning. To overcome dangerous creatures or go through deadly scenarios, you will have to climb, jump and fight. And while Gollum isn’t exactly a skilled warrior, there will be more creative and villainous ways that Gollum can defeat enemies.

Since Gollum also has a split personality, every decision you make will influence his mind. You can either give in to the darker side of Gollum or you can try to preserve the goodness and spark of reason that remains in what was once Sméagol. It all depends on you in this adventure that takes place before The Lord of the rings starts.

The Lord of the Rings: Gollum It will be released for the Xbox and PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, and PC consoles sometime in 2022, but there is no exact release date yet.
