Million Dollar Listing’s Fredrik Eklund Announces He’s Officially Sober 160 Days After Being A ‘High-Functioning Addict’: ‘Feels Amazing’
Fredrik Eklund announced that he has officially been sober for 160 days in a post made to his Instagram account on Thursday.
The Million Dollar Listing New York star shared a selfie and wrote a lengthy message in the post caption to express her feelings about reaching the milestone.
The 43-year-old began by writing, “Today marks 160 days of sobriety and it feels incredible.”

The reality show personality then opened up about the physical benefits she’s experienced since abstaining from alcohol.
“I have more energy and clarity, I look and feel younger, I sleep better with less stress and without anxiety. My body sings, it doesn’t hurt, ” he wrote.
Eklund continued to write about his previous history with drinking and described himself as a ‘highly functional addict’ before expressing that making the decision to become sober was not easy for him.
The real estate agent later noticed that, after deciding that he was going to move forward with his life decision, he finally felt much better about himself.

Eklund described the mental benefits he received as a result of being sober and assured his 1.3 million followers that he would keep busy despite the effects of the global pandemic on the real estate business.
