The wait for the Fortnite Battle Royale Overtime Challenges finally ended as Epic Games released a new set of tasks for Season 8, with incredible rewards at stake, including new mask styles, higher XP and more.
Overtime Challenges tend to start near the end of each Fortnite season, but have a little later this time, which means there are fewer tasks for players to break through than in Season 7.
There are a total of nine challenges, three of which are exclusive to the owners of the Battle Pbad of Season 8 and the completion of each will result in three new outfits, for some very popular designs included in the package. Subscribers will have the opportunity to unlock new appearances for Sidewinder, Ember and Master Key.
Epic Games has introduced some incredible skins during season 8 of Fortnite.
As mentioned above, with Season 9 on the horizon, players will not have much time to advance in these challenges.
The new season is expected to start on May 9 and if we have learned anything from Fortnite since its launch in September 2017, it is expected that many of the new content will arrive on that date.
The overtime rewards offer a total of 6,000 XP players for their season level, which could be a great boost for players who do not have too many battle stars accumulated. On that note, Epic changed the battle star for a hidden banner in the Fortnite week 10 discovery challenge, which you can find using our guide.
Complete the Fortnite extra-time challenges and unlock these new mask styles for Sidewinder, Ember and Master Key.
However, if you want to skip that and head to the right for extra-hour challenges, the full list can be found below:

There was an earthquake to start season 8, but what will the season 9 of Fortnite bring?
News of season 9 of Fortnite
There has been much speculation around the start and end times for both season 9 and season 10 for quite some time, with supposedly leaked information suggesting that the Fortnite World Cup finals will start at the beginning of laughter.
This sent shock waves through the community of professional players, if they could have time to familiarize themselves with the new content before jumping to the most important matches of the competition.
However, those rumors have been denied by Epic Games since the World Cup finals will be held in season 9.
With season 9 just around the corner, you will have to act if you want to complete the overtime challenges on time, before the slams are closed and new challenges are released.
