Fortnite E3 2018 Plans revealed

Fortnite comes to E3. The developer Epic Games announced today its plans for the great game show, and there is plenty in the store if you like the popular royale battle game.

From now on, Epic will have a Fortnite stand in the exhibition hall in the South Hall of the Los Angeles Convention Center. There, from June 12 to June 14, you can play Fortnite, win "exclusive prizes" and eat snacks. It's interesting that Fortnite has an E3 post when the game has been launched, and it's free, but maybe Epic has something more to announce in the program that we do not know yet.

In addition to its stand in the exhibition hall, Epic is celebrating what is known as "Fortnite Celebrity Pro-Am", where popular streamers will join celebrities in a doubles tournament. $ 3 million in cash prizes are available (which is separate from the $ 100 million that Epic is allocating for other tournaments). The $ 3 million for the E3 tournament will be donated to a charity chosen by the winner, and that's nice to see.

In total, there will be 50 professional players and 50 celebrities competing in the event. Some of the most important couples are Ninja and Marshmello, Myth and Paul George, and Markiplier and Joel McHale. The tournament will be held on Tuesday, June 12 starting at 3:30 p.m. PT / 6:30 p.m. ET

. Tickets are $ 10, but you may not be able to get one. Epic said he is sending invitations to buy them only by email to people who live in the Los Angeles area. There will be 3,000 tickets available in total, and they will come in waves, so keep checking your email.

Finally, Epic is organizing a "Party Royale" on the night of June 12. This is an invitation only event, but you can visit the Fortnite stand in the exhibition hall to participate and have the opportunity to win a ticket. You must be 18 or older to attend the party. And keep in mind that Party Royale tickets are independent of Pro-Am tickets.
