Washington, July 14, 2019 – Fieldsource Food Systems, Inc., an establishment in Brea, California, is recalling approximately 12,953 pounds of diced chicken and chicken products due to mislabelling and undeclared allergens, the Food Safety and Inspection Service announced today. The beef products subject to withdrawal bear the establishment number "EST. 45141 "and the chicken products bear the establishment number" P-45141 "within the USDA inspection marks.These items were sent to the grocery stores in California and were used behind the delicatessen counter. sells crude to consumers.
