Far Cry 5, The Crew 2, and another delayed Ubisoft game

Ubisoft has announced that the release date of Far Cry 5 has been delayed. The first person shooter of the open world will be launched on March 27, 2018, instead of the previously announced date of February 27, 2018, which constitutes a delay of one month.

In addition to this, the launch of The Crew 2 has been moved from March 16, 2018 to the first half of the 2018-19 fiscal year of Ubisoft, which means it will be launched between April 2018 and September 2018. Another Ubisoft franchise game, which has not yet been revealed, has been moved to its 2019-20 fiscal year.

According to Ubisoft, this is because the publisher is "investing more time in the development" of these games. "This decision is in line with our strategic vision to develop even more compelling and higher-quality experiences for players," said Christine Burgess-Quémard, executive director of global studies at Ubisoft. "Taking more time with Assassin's Creed Origins allowed our talented development team to fully express their creative vision, as expected, this had a very positive impact on the quality of the game and was largely a part of their commercial success. Taking a similar approach, we have decided to invest additional development time in three upcoming games. "

Far Cry 5 is located in Hope County, Montana. It allows players to create their own characters, which is a minor assistant. The main antagonists in the game are a religious cult called Eden's Gate, which has impacted the lives of some of the characters that join the player in his mission. The cast of supporting characters includes Pastor Jerome, an African American priest who has lost his flock to worship, Mary May, a waitress with a penchant for flammable cocktails, and Nick Rye, a pilot who wants to create a better future for his son.

One of the great new additions is the ability to use dogs to distract enemies and p Collect weapons for you. Other classic opportunities in the open world, such as flying planes, are also available to the player. Far Cry 5 will hit PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

The Crew 2, meanwhile, presents an "open world of the United States." Which has been "completely remodeled for motorsports". In addition to the cars, players will be able to take control of the ships and planes for the sequel. There are four main categories of motorsports in the game: street racing, off-road, pro and freestyle, each of which has its own set of "deep" options and "wide selection of vehicle types." A beta version comes for The Crew 2, and you can register on the game's website here.
