Facebook employees are very happy with their employer.

If you work on Facebook, be very lucky.

And not just for free meals, on-site medical care or benefits for new parents .

But those things are probably a factor in the social networking giant named the best place to work in 201

8 by the Glassdoor job site. And it's probably been a good experience for a while, seeing how this is the third year in a row that Facebook tops the list of Glassdoor's 100 best places to work.

If you do not work on Facebook, there may still be hope for you. Glassdoor said there were 40 newcomers on this year's list, including the game maker Blizzard Entertainment (at No. 28 on the list) and the operator Wireless T-Mobile (# 79). There are also three veterans who have made the list every year since its introduction 10 years ago, including management consulting firm Bain & Company (# 2), search giant Google (# 5) and Apple (n) .84).

Certainly, companies are working hard to make their workplaces as attractive as possible to retain talented employees, but there is something temptingly tempting to think about how In-N-Out Burger ranked # 4 on the list.

Here is the top 20:

1. Facebook

2. Bain & Company
