Erica Jane stopped selling clothes amid Tom Girdhari trial

In a class-action lawsuit against Tom Girdy, the law firm representing the victims of the Lion Air crash has requested that a judge order Erica Girardi, better known by her stage name Erica Jane, stop selling her clothes online done.

Adelson PC sued earlier this month on behalf of the 2018 Lion Air flight victims for allegedly extorting money and attempting to conceal it through their “sham” divorce. Jayne filed for divorce in November after two decades of marriage.

Girdhari has been slapped with several lawsuits in recent weeks. His law firm partner, Robert Keys, recently sued him for dissolving his other business venture, known as the 1126 Willshare Partnership.

He is being sued by Wells Fargo Financial Services for alleged written agreement and negotiations with the bank.

It is unclear whether Girdhari, who testified that he is broke, will pay any damages that he may be ordered to pay.
