A person was hospitalized after being struck in a car-to-car taking pictures on the 210 Freeway in Fontana Thursday morning.

The incident occurred about 6:40 a.m. within the westbound lanes of the freeway simply earlier than the 15 Freeway, a California Highway Patrol spokesperson confirmed.
The shooter apparently pulled up alongside the sufferer’s car and fired a number of pictures, Fontana Police Department Officer Jay Sayegh mentioned.
The driver of the car was struck and brought to an area hospital in unknown situation, Sayegh mentioned.
At least one different individual was within the sufferer’s car on the time of the taking pictures, Sayegh mentioned. There was no phrase on whether or not there have been some other accidents.
Video from the scene confirmed a number of bullet holes within the driver’s aspect of the sufferer’s car.
No description of the gunman, or the gunman’s car had been instantly launched.
Several westbound lanes had been closed as authorities investigated the scene, video confirmed.
