The tenth and last player is scheduled to do so on Tuesday.
According to Tom Pelissero of the NFL Network, wide receiver David Moore is expected to sign your offer tomorrow.
Moore, who had been selected in the seventh round of Division II of Central Eastern University (OK), Moore caught 26 passes for 445 yards and five touchdowns in his first season on Seattle's active list last year.
Most of Moore's production came in an average season of eight games, when he had 22 receptions, 413 yards and five touchdowns. He caught only four passes for 26 yards combined in the last five games of Seattle's regular season and the playoff loss in Dallas.
