Daedalic reveals new sneak peek of Lord of the Rings: Gollum
The Lord of the Rings: Gollum there is still a year to go. Regardless, this doesn’t stop Daedalic Entertainment from releasing a new teaser to build excitement for their upcoming release.
Daedalic’s latest trailer for the game is notably different from the cinematic trailer that premiered online last summer. This time, fans can see the real gameplay of Gollum’s long-awaited solo adventure. We don’t really see Gollum’s face well. However, we do Watch it cut through the harsh landscape of Mordor as you explore the hostile country as Mount Doom towers ominously above it. It also appears that Gollum will become entangled with some of the deadliest creatures in the region, including giant spiders.
Originally, Daedalic intended to launch The Lord of the Rings: Gollum sometime this year. But in January, the developers announced that they were partnering with Naco as co-publishers of the game. As a result, it won’t hit stores until 2022. Players will be able to control Gollum in a new “story-driven” story in which different options trigger a variety of outcomes. The details of the story are scant. But judging from their dialogue, it will involve Gollum’s obsessive search for the lost One Ring.
The Lord of the Rings: Gollum It will be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series S / X, Nintendo Switch, and Microsoft Windows.
