COVID-19 viral tests and FDA-approved antibody tests in Bay County


BAY COUNTY, florida. (WJHG/WECP) – The Florida Department of Health in Bay County has released information on where you can find COVID-19 viral test sites and approved by the FDA antibody testing sites throughout Bay County.

Health officials say that you can schedule an appointment to take the test for the COVID-19 in the Bay County Health Department IF you have symptoms and are a health center worker, first responder, worker in an assembled housing, being a resident in a long-term care facility of assembled housing type, conditions, underlying health conditions, or if you are over 65 years of age.

If you meet the criteria you can call the department of health in the 850-872-4455 Monday – Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 in the afternoon to be examined. There is no fee, but, if you have insurance your insurance billing.

PanCare Health is offering testing at the Arnold high School in Panama City a commercial hub for anyone with or without symptoms to the appointment.

To schedule an appointment, you can call the PanCare COVID-19 of the direct line in 850-215-4181 Monday – Friday 9:00 am until 4:00 p.m. There is no fee but, if you have insurance your insurance billing.

Of the nations Best Family Health Care is offering evidence of any person with or without symptoms to the appointment. If you do not have insurance or do not accept your provider can be an office visit fee of between $115 and $150. To schedule an appointment you can call 850-481-1101 Monday – Friday from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am until 4:00 in the afternoon

Coastal Internal Medicine is offering evidence of any person with or without symptoms to the appointment. If you do not have insurance or do not accept your provider can be an office visit fee of between $115 and $150. To schedule an appointment you can call 850-234-5151 Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm and 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 pm and Friday from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm

Emerald coast Urgent Care is the test. To see if you qualify, you should call to discuss. If you do not have insurance or do not accept your provider may be a visit to the office of payment. To see if you qualify call 850-629-0505 Seven days a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm

Some places are now offering FDA-approved antibody tests.

Health officials say they do not know if you have antibodies you can protect the capture of COVID-19 again or for how long the protection lasts.
