A Humboldt County resident in his 30s who tested positive for COVID-19 has died.

Humboldt County Health Officer Drs. Teresa Frankovich expressed her sympathy to the family and friends of this person. “Those who have been affected by this loss, our thoughts are with you,” she said.

Ten new COVID-19 cases have been reported since Friday, with the total number of confirmed cases in Humboldt County being 554.
