Yorkshire comedian Kieran Hodgson has taken to Twitter to stitch humor with the new Netflix period drama Bridgerton (portrayed as the Duke of Hastings in many of his topless boxing scenes).
The video begins with an introduction by Lady Whistledown, announcing in her trademark posh voice: ‘The start of a new Netflix season may provide opportunities for some but scams for others’
‘A small treat for fans of #Bridgerton. Bad TV Impression: Bridgerton, ‘the comedian wrote on Twitter.
In the video, Kiran completely changed her expressions to match up with the characters, including the show’s gossip girl-style narrator Lady Whistledown and all the different Bridgerton siblings.

The camera then becomes Kiran topless under the pretext of boxing – portraying the Duke of Hastings – who says: ‘I swore to my father that I would never shave properly and I would never marry a Bridgestone!’
Lady Danbury, who often appears on the show in whimsical red clothes, also wore a maroon colored hat.

The camera then bites Kiran as the show’s protagonist Daphne Bridgton, dressed in one of her many blue gowns.
Referring to a scene on the show where her love interest The Duke reveals that she knows what she likes by ‘touching herself’ in the bedroom, she says: ‘Dearest Mama, I’ve never touched myself , How do I impress Rani? ‘
The comedian then proceeds to mimic one of the younger Bridgerton sisters, whose feminist character spends a lot in the books reading the play and opposes getting married.
He later proceeds to imitate Daphne’s older brother Anthony Bridgerton (pictured), who spends the most time trying to find a suitable husband for her sister
Other members of the cast received a mention, such as the city’s dressmaker Genevis Delacroix, who imitates Kieran with a strong French accent and dressing with a French flag under his top.
To which Kieran replies as his mother: ‘The camera has grown up, and always looks depressed and confused’, before the camera bites Kieren back, as Daphne was watching with great difficulty in the distance.
