BEIJING, January 26 – When festive occasions arrive, there is likely to be an Apple video and renowned filmmaker Jia Zhangke is the last to record a video of the Chinese New Year on the iPhone. Jia is known for his documentary approach to filmmaking and is part of a group dubbed sixth generation of filmmakers from China: independent filmmakers who worked outside the Chinese system.
Last year, it was the acclaimed director of Hong Kong, Peter Chan, who cut the heart of a tug Three minutes that centered around the return home.
Jia The cube It adopts a different strategy, weaving instead a narrative that also focuses on the family, but focuses on the "taste of the home".
The filmmaker also took the time to record a couple of more videos that demonstrate the finer art of depth control, as well as the slow motion capture on the iPhone XS.
