Chelsea Handler is feeling the heat of blaming President Donald Trump during the wildfires in Southern California.
In a tweet on Wednesday, the television anchor announced that she had evacuated her home due to a nearby fire.
"He just evacuated my house, it's like Donald Trump is setting the world on fire," he wrote on Twitter about Trump, 71. "Literally and figuratively, keep everyone safe, dark times."
Not long after, Handler, 42, received a barrage of criticism from Twitter users.
"It's going to be much hotter where it's going, I'd like to stay and get used to the heat," one user wrote.
"His publication is extremely insensitive to those who do not have the financial resources to replace what they lost with fires and only magnifies the arrogance of their elite," another tweeted.
"It saddens me to see the stupid things that so many people believe in. Humans are giving back, and DJT is not to blame for any of their problems. #Victimity," someone else said.
