Cassie Randolph claims that Colton Underwood had installed a tracking device on his car and was staring at it

Cassie Randolph has reportedly filed for a restraining order against her ex-boyfriend Colton Underwood, whom she fell for season 23 of The Bachelor.

According to TMZ, in a paperwork filed by a 25-year-old graduate student in Los Angeles on Friday, Cassie claimed the former undergraduate star planted a tracking device and showed up uninvited at her various residences, among other charges.

Randolph also noted their split as of mid-April, although they announced a breakup in May 2020, two years after they finished together on The Bachelor of Season 23.

The former contestant claimed that Underwood tapped a tracking device under the back bumper of her car to track her whereabouts, which she said she had confessed to do.

She also said that Underwood, 28, is showing a pattern of being uninvited in her Los Angeles apartment and her parents’ Huntington Beach House, where the couple spent part of the coronovirus lockdown. Colton also recovered coronovirus at her family’s home.

Randolph alleges that he takes an ‘obsessive walk’ to his apartment and stays outside his bedroom window at 2am in his parents’ beach house, according to the outlet.

Along with the physical behavior, Randolph also claimed that the former football player sent harassing messages accusing her ex-boyfriend of spending time with other friends.

Since announcing their split earlier this year, Randolph and Underwood have raised public dust about their relationship and breakup.

In July, Randolph accused him of trying to ‘demonetise’ his division by writing about it in an upcoming second edition of his book without his prior approval, and although he agreed to remain silent on the reasons for the split.

He wrote at the time what I needed and got so much clarity on what I wanted in a relationship. And I am very excited for this next chapter of my life with new stories and new people. I cannot thank you enough for your understanding and your support in the meantime. ‘

Adding: ‘I would like to place on the public record and refrain from politely discussing our relationship with you, as we agreed … I also want to ask that you consider our great, 11/2 year relationship Do not give clouds. Glitch Breakup. ‘

‘When our relationship ended we agreed to handle things privately as we attempted to navigate our new relationship as friends,’ Underwood wrote for The Bachelor: One of the Greatest Seasons of All Time Wrote Instagram after appearing in a short section. ‘I chose to do this because we were living in this interim period, but obviously a lot has changed this week.’

However Underwood later accused The Bachelor franchise of trying and taking advantage of Cass after their breakup.

Although she declined to divulge much information, Underwood said she is upset to see that Chris and The Bachelor franchise focus solely on their split, it has been claimed.

“Cass was extremely professional and extremely calm about our breakup,” Colton said during an interview with Reality Steve. “What made me angry was that the show took advantage of it.”

In late August the couple unfollowed each other on Instagram. His family also went on trial.

Underwood has also been linked to Pretty Little Lars actress Lucy Hale after being photographed together in July but quickly stated that she is a ‘single man’.

While Randolph’s older sister, Michelle Randolph, was unfollowed, Underwood still continues to follow Michelle’s boyfriend, Greg Sulkin, who reportedly spent time with her this summer.

The former Lovebirds first aired rumors of a breakup after recovering from coronovirus at their family home in Huntington Beach, California, returning to their hometown in Colorado.

‘A few months went crazy, to say the least, Cas and I have been doing a lot of self-reflection. Sometimes people are just there to be friends – and that’s okay, ‘the former NFL player captioned a black-and-white photo of them from behind.

He said: ‘We’ve both grown a lot and are doing a lot together – so it’s not the end of our story, it’s the beginning of a whole new chapter for us.’

The Randolphs shared a series of snaps several times from their relationship with the arms wrapped around Underwood.

‘First of all, I want to say that this is one of the hardest things that I have shared and neither of us are quite ready to talk about it,’ she began in her long post .

“To put it very clearly, after the show, we realized that we were not communicating even once,” he wrote in his memoir for the first time.

She continued: ‘Colton and I are broken up, but have decided to remain part of each other’s lives. We have a special bond with what we have gone through that will always remain. ‘

‘I love Colton very much and have a huge amount of respect for him. We have both learned and grown a lot over the years, and will always hold each other back. Always, ‘she concluded.

Their division appeared to be amicable, as the speech pathology student commented on two red heart emoji on his former post.

In March, the pair first revealed that they split after making the film and it was ‘a very real and very emotional breakup’.

He said, “She would have refused to say this if she had been here, but I think engagement is something we would both like to see this year.”

Underwood revealed his first breakup and being alive again in his book The First Time.

He wrote, “Frankly speaking, after the show, we realized that we are not doing it even once.”

‘Nobody was forcing us to talk about real things, so we let a lot of things happen.’

Eventually, ‘in a strange way, I broke up with myself.’

The pair decided to have some place to learn things mutually.

Signs of separation: The couple, who were in love with Season 23, first rumored to have Breguit when they returned to their hometown of Colorado after recovering from coronovirus in their family home in Huntington Beach, California.

‘I was like, I think we need to figure this out and to do that, we need space. He agreed. So it was a mutual thing, ‘he explained.

The split didn’t last long – though – a few days later, however, the pair were already longing for each other.

Earlier this year, Colton said he could see them busy by the end of 2020.

He said, “She would have refused to say this if she had been here, but I think engagement is something we would both like to see this year.”

They seemed on a good road until the split: Earlier this year, Colton said he could see them engaged by the end of 2020. 'If she was here, she provoked me to say that, but I think engagement is something we both would like to see this year,' he said
