TO Call of Duty Warzone A fix has been released that adjusts the balance of the weapon, including the introduction of a FFAR nerf.
The April 6 review follows the Call of Duty: Warzone patch notes which dropped last week and addresses some complaints from the Warzone community that were not addressed in the main patch, that is, the FFAR is quite overloaded.
Raven Software has posted the official patch notes on its website, along with a screenshot of the patch notes on Twitter.

The FFAR is the main focus of the review, with the assault rifle getting a decrease in speed from Aim Down Sights. Raven noted that he is supposed to be a player of all trades, but that he was too good at close range and was outperforming short-range SMGs. This slower ADS speed should keep the weapon strong in the midrange, while reducing its effectiveness in close range firefight.
There are also a couple of other notable changes in this review. The Cold War Charlie Tactical Rifle has seen an increase in recoil force. The notes explain that in its previous iteration it was too easy to stay on target, which means the weapon was tremendously powerful and quite accurate. This solution means that you keep power, but lose some precision.
Beyond this, there have also been some changes and fixes to various accessories, including the Salvo Fast Mag, which was giving the FFAR an even bigger advantage by not slowing down the ADS when equipped.
The review is out now, so if you were planning one last fuss at close range from FFAR, we’re afraid you’re out of luck.
After the Season Two Reloaded original patch notes dropped last week, many Warzone players weren’t happy with the relatively light touch that weapon balancing took. In fact, Warzone players have started trying to get Raven Software’s attention by using clan tag “FIXWZ”. Well, it seems they were listening the whole time, as one of the main complaints from the community was the dominated FFAR.
