“I think I like exercising more than I ever have, just because I know that it’s easy for it to get away from me at my age now,” says Shelton, who simply launched his new album Texoma Shore. “But I’ve never been good at it. You can see pictures of me, it is what it is. I’ll lose a bunch of weight and feel good about it and what do I do when I feel good? I eat. Then next thing you know, some picture comes out of me and I’ve got three chins.”
