Big Ten still in pattern according to Pete Thamel

At this point, this Big Ten drama is a comedy of errors. I’m not sure who is leading the communication (or lack thereof), decision making and conversation, but here we are again. While a lot of speculation is coming from the conference on the media making some announcements regarding the fall season of football, it is all coming from highly respected sources.

People want to know what is going on, yet it seems that no one does, yet everyone thinks what they do.

This means that people associated with what is going on and believe everything is going in the right direction. Nevertheless, after another day of anticipation of an announcement, time is again nothing.

And now, according to Pete Thamel of Yahoo Sports, Big Ten coaches have not been told anything about what’s going on. And so, all they are left to do is continue to practice in anticipation that a decision is going to come and they will have to be ready to potentially leave on 17 October.

So, we keep telling you what is being reported there, but we have no idea that everything is going to go down. We’re still feeling good about the Big Ten season, we just don’t know what’s on hold.

At this point, I’m not sure even Big Ten decision-makers know what the holdup is.

So, we wait… and wait… and wait.
