The AP photographer captured a shot of Biden’s handwritten notes to a segment called “Kamala Harris”, followed by a list of features.

“There are moments in history where states fail to support the civil rights of the people,” Harris responded.
Harris and Biden’s relationship has since become cordial, and in a CBS interview shortly after the debate last year, she said it was still “a great deal of respect” for her.
Biden also publicly praised Harris and noted that he has a personal and professional appreciation for the senator, who had a close friendship with his late son, Bue Biden, when they were both state prosecutors.
