A person who punched and shook his new child child to dying when she was simply two days previous has been discovered lifeless in his jail cell.
Police stated Liam Deane, 22, was discovered lifeless in his cell at HMP Leeds on Sunday, only one month after he was jailed for viciously killing his daughter Luna within the household dwelling.
Another inmate, John Westland, 28, appeared at Leeds Magistrates’ Court this morning charged along with his homicide.
Westland was flanked by two law enforcement officials and a member of courtroom escort workers as he was introduced into the dock.
He remained handcuffed all through the transient listening to, talking solely to verify his private particulars.
Westland was informed that his case was being despatched to Leeds Crown Court because of the critical nature of the offence.
The case was adjourned till Thursday when a listening to will happen at Leeds Crown Court because of the critical nature of the offence.

Tragic child Luna had been left within the arms of Deane whereas her mum went to get some sleep on July 10.
Deane, from Wakefield, West Yorks., misplaced his mood through the evening and subjected Luna to an badault when she continued to cry.
In a vicious badault he punched Luna to the face, squeezed her physique and arms and shook her.
Luna was taken to Leeds General Infirmary the place she died in intensive care on July 14.
