Arnold Schwarzenegger thanks the doctors at the Cleveland Clinic, taking a walk in the city after heart surgery

CLEVELAND – Arnold Schwarzenegger took to Twitter on Friday to thank the Cleveland Clinic after a successful heart surgery.

Schwarzenegger said the surgeon replaced his aortic valve with a pulmonary valve that he had replaced in previous surgery.

The former California governor, the “Terminator” star and bodybuilder, said he considered himself brilliant and shared photos of the city of Cleveland.

“I feel fabulous and already wandering the streets of Cleveland enjoying your amazing sculptures. Thanks to every doctor and nurse on my team! “Schwarzenegger wrote.

Schwarzenegger’s last open heart surgery was in 2018 at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles.
