Emma asks, “I have an appointment at one of the One Medical locations and are you enrolling me in One Medical? Does this seem correct? Does anyone else have this problem?”
For those who entered through One Medical, were they asked for a 90-day free trial or other registration? Was there a fee involved?
Rick writes: “I booked an appointment for vaccinations through DC Health at the Entertainment and Sports Arena operated by One Medical. I was asked to sign up for a One Medical account
and upload a photo of my insurance card. Then One Medical requests that I pay them a membership fee of $ 199 to access my account for the vaccine. After I refused to pay, One Medical sends a message saying they canceled my vaccination appointment. I have the appointment confirmation page and email from the DC government so now I am wondering what should I do about canceling One Medical’s vaccination. I hope no other resident will have to pay a $ 199 fee for the DC Health vaccine (the vaccine has no out of pocket cost by law) ”.
