‘Apple One’ bundle confirmed by Apple Music for Android

Back in June, at our partners 9to5Mac The iOS 13.5 beta revealed that Apple was planning to bundle its services into a single subscription. With the latest update to the Apple Music app for Android, we can now confirm that an integrated “Apple One” subscription should arrive soon.

About APK Insight: In this “APK Insight” post, we have decomposed the latest version of an application that has been uploaded to the Google Play Store. When we decompose these files (called APKs in the case of Android apps), we can see different lines of code within that hint at possible future features. Keep in mind that Apple may or may not ship these features at any time, and our explanation of what they may be incomplete. We will try to enable those who are close to ending, however, to show you how they will look in the case that they ship. With this in mind, read on.

Apple one

last month, Bloomberg New details were reported about this membership bundle, such as services that would be included. Reportedly, there may be a base bundle with just Apple TV + and Apple Music as well as more premium bundles including Apple Arcade, Apple News + and more iCloud storage. At the time, the name “Apple One” was spelled out as a working name.

With the latest release of Apple Music, version 3.4.0 beta, we find that Apple may have settled with an internal codename “Aristotle” named “Apple One”. These new strings are all in the app but confirm that Apple Music will be included with the Apple One at launch.

Interestingly, Apple has a clear message that Apple One and your existing Apple Music subscription will not overlap, ensuring that you will not pay double.

Your Apple Music subscription will be included in the initial% s of Apple One. You will not be charged for both memberships.

In particular, it seems that you will not be able to manage or renew your Apple One subscription from the Android version of the Apple Music app. Instead, it seems that you may have to use an iOS, macOS or TVOS device to do this.

You can manage your Apple One subscription using your iPhone, iPad, Apple TV or Mac.

Unfortunately, no other details can be found in the app, such as pricing or when Apple plans to launch this new subscription bundle. The next possible opportunity to launch the Apple One will be at next week’s Apple event, currently predicted to bring new offerings to the iPad Air and Apple Air Lines.
