Apple mentioned Thursday that it is engaged on a software program resolution to complaints that the iPhone X’s display screen turns into unresponsive in chilly climate.

Some iPhone X customers started complaining this week that their handsets do not acknowledge enter on the touchscreen when uncovered to chill out of doors temperatures. Apple recommends working its iOS gadgets in temperatures between 32 levels and 95 levels Fahrenheit. But some Reddit customers mentioned they skilled an unresponsive display screen inside that vary.
