Apple announces Apple One subscription bundle for Music, TV Plus and more

Here is the long-rumored bundle bringing together Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, Apple Arcade, Apple News Plus and iCloud storage. Apple will give customers different options to combine their streaming services into the new Apple One bundle.

Bundles are of three types: personal, family, and premiere. Individual plans offer subscribers Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, Apple Arcade, and iCloud storage (50GB) for $ 14.95 per month. The family plan includes a single app, but with 200GB of iCloud storage. It is $ 19.95 a month. In the Premier Plan, subscribers give Apple Music, Apple TV Plus, Apple Arcade, 2TB of iToud storage, Apple News Plus and the newly announced Apple Fitness Plus at $ 29.95 per month. Fitness Plus is a new subscription service that starts before the end of the year which includes yoga, cycling, running, core and strength exercises training among other types of workouts. This in itself is $ 9.99 a month.

According to Apple, the individual plan works at a savings of $ 6 per month based on the standard monthly price of apps, while the family plan works out to $ 8 per month in savings. The Premier plan works for savings of more than $ 25 per month.

The Apple One purchase comes with free trials for 30 days that people don’t already have, according to a press release. Customers will be charged once a month for all services included in their bundle, and they can change or cancel that plan at any time. Customers who choose Family and Premier plans can add up to six family members. Apple One will be available in more than 100 countries and regions starting this fall.

Bloomberg It was previously reported that Apple One was preparing to launch Apple’s new lineup with the iPhone this fall. Different schemes are targeted to different types of customers. As Bloomberg Famous, a plan-using family that combines Apple Music ($ 9.99 per month), Apple TV Plus ($ 4.99 per month), and Apple Arcade ($ 4.99 per month), presumably with additional iCloud storage Will buy the upcoming plan. Through the bundle, they could save money per month on various services.

Apple has reportedly been working on a bundle for years, and it’s easy to see why. The company’s services division is growing, and CEO Tim Cook called it an area in which Apple intends to invest. Also, bundling is a good way to promote services: People want Apple Music, but not Apple TV Plus, but bundling Apple TV Plus with music to help Apple make overall use of its new entertainment platform While monthly revenue is also collected. Just imagine how Amazon bundles Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Music with its Prime Membership fee.

The great thing is that Apple is creating an ecosystem that is difficult to leave. If someone has the means of gaming, music and entertainment in their monthly subscription package, they can prevent them from using alternative applications such as Spotify. Apple creates an ecosystem that caters to the needs of the people and while doing so grows its service sector. Bundles can help generate a steady, consistent flow of monthly revenue and hopefully sell more hardware along the way. If everything happens on people’s iPhones or iPads, they are more likely to just upgrade those devices and stay within the ecosystem than switch to Android devices for example.

This is what Apple is hoping for anyway. Hey, it worked for Amazon.
