Another annoying self-correcting error has arisen iOS 11 – BGR

The new versions of iOS usually have their share of problems, but iOS 11 may be the most wacky iOS version we've seen so far. Although Apple has done a good job of solving some of the most atrocious problems we have seen with small software updates, it seems that we can not even spend a week or two without a new and strange software problem arising raising its ugly head. [19659002] Just two weeks after the release of iOS 11.1.1, an update that finally corrected that annoying keyboard error that self-corrected the letter "I" in a strange-looking symbol, we are now receiving news of another problem with the keyboard iOS 11 has emerged. Originally brought to light by MacRumors a growing number of iPhone and iPad users report that iOS 11 is oddly autocorrecting the word "it" to "IT"

Users affected by the error have noticed that Restarting your device does not alleviate the problem. A frustrating mistake, no doubt, there is a quick solution that users can implement to avoid the problem until Apple presents an official solution.

If you are one of the users affected by the error, you can take advantage of the iOS built-in text replacement function to accelerate the ship. To do so, simply go to Settings> General> Keyboard> Text Replacement. From there, touch the "+" icon located in the upper right corner of the screen and then type the word "it" in the fields Phrase and Shortcut .

The above solution does not work for you, you probably want to deactivate the autocorrect function completely.
