Angela Hill vs. Ashley Yoder 2 Postponed Due to COVID-19 Protocols, Moved to UFC Vegas 21

The rematch between Angela Hill and Ashley Yoder will have to wait.

The UFC announced Saturday that a scheduled strawweight fight between Hill and Yoder at UFC Vegas 20 has been officially postponed “due to COVID-19 protocols.” Hill and Yoder have been rescheduled to compete on March 13 at UFC Vegas 21.

According to a video posted by Yoder on Instagram, in which he also apologizes to Hill and his team, one of Yoder’s cornerbacks tested positive for COVID-19.

In their first encounter in The Ultimate Fighter 25 Finale in July 2017, Hill defeated Yoder by unanimous decision.

Hill vs. Yoder would take place on the main card of UFC Vegas 20 at UFC APEX in Las Vegas. It is not yet known if another fight from the preliminaries will rise to take the spot. The card will continue with nine matches.
