(WKOW) – Amazon Prime Day is becoming one of the largest online shopping holidays of the year.
For the first time, the 2019 event will run for two days, July 14 and 15.
Julie Law, an Amazon spokeswoman, joined us on Sunday in Wake Up Wisconsin to talk about how to get a great score on Prime Day this year.
"Prime Day has the power of the stars," said Law. Be prepared to see offers on celebrity products such as Lady Gaga, Mark Wahlberg, Will Smith and others.
One of the best Prime Day deals will be on Amazon devices. Some products will start as low as $ 14.99. Law said the easiest way to monitor offers is to set up an "see this offer" alert in the Amazon app or ask your Echo device about offers.
The law also recommended obtaining an advantage in the school year. "I have three small children at home, and if you can get all your school supplies already finished, then you can continue and enjoy the rest of your summer," he said.
Prime Day is also making room for offers in small and medium businesses.
"Just look for the fronts of Amazon stores," said Law.
