In second place was Chromecast with Google TV with 23% of the votes. After months of rumors and information about this device being leaked, Google finally revealed the new Chromecast in September. Chromecast with Google TV runs on a new version of Android TV, called Google TV.
Amazon’s new Fire TV Stick Light came in third place with 13% of the vote. The low price point made it a popular choice during the holiday season. Customers also love the included Alexa voice remote and small design that is easy to stick to behind a TV.
Honorable mention goes to TiVo Stream 4K with 8% votes for another compact, affordable option powered by Android TV.
