NBC 10 Boston obtained exclusive images of the man, later identified as Richard Kamroski, 65, of Framingham, in the SUV.

While Kamroski was charged with disorderly conduct, Mark Fitzgerald, 37, of Lynn, who was driving the SUV, was charged with badault with a dangerous weapon, the negligent operation of a motor vehicle and the scene of a property damage accident. .
