The decline of the COVID-19 pandemic and the social unrest that shakes the country in 2020 will continue to impact lives and livelihoods this year. It is therefore safe to say that many job seekers are looking for companies that will prioritize the health and safety of their employees, offer flexibility and advocate diversity and equality.
Look no further: Career website Glassdoor dropped its 13th annual “100 Best Places to Work” list this week, derived from the anonymous feedback of employees who actually work at these companies. Workers review their jobs, workplace environment, and describe the company as an employer over the past year. And global management group Bain & Co. topped the 2021 Employees’ Choice Awards list, followed by tech company NVIDIA NVDA,
And In-N-Out Burger.
“They have put forward a very thoughtful COVID response plan, and have really stepped up their game on diversity, equality and inclusion in the wake of recent events in the US,” wrote an anonymous Bain employee based in Chicago.
An N-N-Out employee said that the West Coast Burger chain serves “amazing people, awesome leadership, I think every single day is taken care of and we make the best burgers on the planet!”
Some other familiar names out of the top 10 include Google GOOG,
Delta air lines dal,
Lululemon lulu
And Microsoft MSFT,
“Especially with COVID, management’s priority is the well-being and convenience of employees,” one Delta worker wrote.

Each of Glasswork’s 100 Best Places has been ranked by Google on the task list since the rankings began 13 years ago.
In fact, more than one in four (28, actually) out of the top 100 places to work in 2021 are tech companies, though among the COVID-19 epidemic are Glassdoor Note, six biotech and drug employers that are workers’ favorites Companies include. This year, which is a 200% increase from the previous year. These include Johnson & Johnson JNJ,
At number 24, Pfizer PFE,
At number 39 and Eli Lilly and Co. only,
At number 87.
These health trends, aligned with US News & World Report’s Best Jobs Rankings, were also released this week, named Physician Assistants (an average salary of $ 112,260 per year), with six with higher job satisfaction – Fig is the best position to combine salary. Followed by the software developer ($ 107,510 per year); Nurse practitioner ($ 110,700 a year); Medical and Health Services Manager ($ 100,980 per year); And physician ($ 206,500 a year).

On the tech front, Glassdoor’s “50 Best Jobs in America” ranks No. 1 for 2020 as front-end engineers (computer programmers who make an average base salary of $ 105,240 per year), followed by Java Developers ($ 83,589), data Scientist ($ 107,801), Product Manager ($ 117,713) and DevOps Engineer ($ 107,310).

It is the only employer to land on all five of Glassdoor’s lists of the best companies to work for this year, including large US companies, as well as the best places to work in Canada, France, Germany and the United Kingdom. One Salesforce employee stated, “inclusive, best pay and benefits, best co-workers, excellent COVID feedback.”
