A 10-year-old boy reportedly crashed into his house and told police he “wanted to kill people”.


LOUISVILLE, Ky. – Police are investigating after a 10-year-old girl crashed in a house in Kentucky and allegedly told police she "wanted to kill people," according to WDRB.

Owner Joshua Pate had just returned home from work on Friday when the accident occurred. Five children were in the living room when the accident occurred. He said the sofa probably saved their lives.

"The two-seater sofa slid and made a kind of barrier … the back is a bit high, and I think the kids just slipped on the sofa," Pate said. 19659002] Pate told WDRB that he heard the 10-year-old driver talk to the police after the crash.

"(The officer) could not believe what she said." He said "Excuse me?", And she said, "I wanted to kill people," and she said, "I'm sorry, what did you say?", And she said: "I wanted to kill people," Pate said.

Pate said they plan to take legal action against the girl's family, according to WDRB.

Police are still investigating the incident.
