On Sunday, Jane (Joyce Frankenberg) was born, shared a video of herself perverting on top of a flowing waterfall in her sea pond, and reminded her fans of the importance of self-care.
The actress from the Kominsky Method explained, “From cooking your favorite foods to relaxing, self-care means something different for everyone.”

Seymour exercises 20 minutes twice a week by doing some exercises called Pilates, Jironics, and The Perfect Workout.
“It’s very slow weightlifting,” Jane said in Closer Weekly on February 16.
‘When I do this I see a big difference. Every exercise that you do, you do it to fatigue which causes your whole body to move… I do my best, but I am not trying to be smaller than what I am. I am just trying to be the best I am. ‘

‘I don’t eat too much starch, I try not to eat. Mostly I eat chicken, a lot of vegetables. We grow a lot of vegetables organically, in the garden. ‘
