$ 6.6 million worth of Apple products stolen on M1 highway in the UK

According to a report by Northamptonshire Police, nearly seven million dollars of Apple products have been dramatically stolen from a UK truck.

A truck driver and security guards were transporting a large number of Apple devices in cargo before being charged by the thieves. The incident took place on Tuesday, November 10 at around 8 pm on a slip road on the M1 highway, where drivers and security guards were targeted and tied up.

In what appears to be a carefully planned successor, the truck was moved to Crick, Northamptonshire, where the thieves moved the trailer to the waiting truck, and overtook the original truck driver and security guard.

The truck was later found in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, where it is believed that the thieves moved a total of 48 pallets of Apple products onto the third vehicle and escaped.

Northamptonshire Police are appealing for witnesses and individuals who have been offered Apple products for sale in unusual circumstances or at suspiciously low prices.
