WAUWATOSA, Wis. – On Saturday, November 21, two people were injured in a hit-and-run crash at the scene of a pro-Trump rally in Wauwatosa.
Police said two pedestrians were pushed from a vehicle at Mayfair Road and North Avenue around 11 am and sustained minor injuries.
The striking driver fled from the spot.
A drone photographer arrived at FOX6 News with footage of the incident in which a red vehicle hit pedestrians. There are still shots below of Chris Hammerbeck’s footage:
The rally took place on Saturday morning at the intersection where the accident occurred. Lahartosa police said law enforcement monitored around 500 to 600 people who cleaned the sidewalks. “Overall, the rally was peaceful,” according to a police statement on Saturday afternoon.
One person was arrested for “attempting to provoke” – released and issued a disorderly conduct citation.

“We appreciate that the majority of the group stayed on the sidewalk, which allowed traffic to enter the area. The Wautosa Police Department continued to support the first-place authority,” police said in the statement.
