Royal Caribbean International has more than 100,000 form submissions for volunteers to take a trial cruise as part of the CDC’s new conditional framework to resume cruising in the United States.
Forms filled out require a person’s name, phone number, email, Crown and Anchor Society number, and the number of people in a person’s party, meaning that the cruise line’s chances are above 200,000 potential volunteers, assuming Is that each form is for two people.
The news came in a Facebook post through Royal Caribbean International President and CEO Michael Belle.
The company launched the effort through Facebook on 12 November. After mentioning, they were considering volunteers on 4 November.
