It is with great sadness that we confirmed that one of our precious high school students lost his life today when a school bus from the district collided with a train in Athens. Another student on the bus, a woman from Central Athens Elementary, was transferred to Children's in Dallas. The bus driver was transported by ambulance. There were no other students on the bus. We ask that you join us in praying humbly for their families.
